  1. Nice to hear your holiday to the Netherlands turned out so well :-). Think it would be so cool to go somewhere and suddenly find yourself working at a multinational as IBM, must have been great to work there, also for a CV. I wonder where their headquarters is in the Netherlands, I guess close to Schiphol somewhere.

    1. Hi Rowan, it surely turned out pretty all right! It’s just too funny, because I was on my way back home from the UK to try to settle back in there, after a few months in England, but stopped over for two weeks in NL and one the very first week I landed the job at IBM and the rest is history, I guess 🙂

At the time, when I started working there, my IBM office was in Zoetermeer, close to The Hague, from there onwards to Uithoorn and, finally, off to the headquarters, in HDK / Dynatos buildings, indeed, about 15 minute drive from Schiphol …

Quite an adventure on its own getting there on public transport, like I did for a couple of years from down south! 🙂

  2. Just read your blog. And I cannot agree with you more, the power of meeting people at this conference that make a difference is big. The converstation is the key to become more inspired. CU in Orlando in less then a week.

    1. Hi Rob! Ha!! Look who is talking?!?! The Mr. Inspiration himself! Goodness! Delighted and excited to read you will be going to Orlando as well, when I just read that Es won’t be able to make it! What a bummer! Either way, really looking forward to seeing you soon and share that good old treasure of a really inspiring conversation over a beer or two by the pool bar!

      Where it all started! 🙂

    1. LOL!! Well, I am sure we will bump into each other way before it’s the time to hang out by the pool bar. Although it would just depend on what the weather would be like, don’t you think? I heard it will be good 😉
