		<description>Luis:  I am trying so, so hard to emulate the example you have set; however, you point to something that is so key, I just don&#039;t feel I can do this myself - education.

We have tools behind the firewall which we are using;however, email is that crutch so easy to use - it is an easy way out to send an email rather than gather thoughts and organize them for a weekly call and then post notes on a team site, etc.

I&#039;m trying, man!  The education thing is larger than I am.
